Security researcher Gamoscu, has submitted on 30/12/2009 a cross-site-scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting www.egov.santos.sp.gov.br, which at the time of submission ranked 1317 on the web according to Alexa.
We manually validated and published a mirror of this vulnerability on 08/02/2010. It is currently unfixed.
